What should I bring with me?

We’d recommend that you bring 2 towels with you - one in the sauna to sit on and one for after your refreshing dip (we have some towels for rent if you need them, but limited to 1 per person.)

Bring your water bottle to make sure you’re hydrated.

Please bring your swimwear.

And if you want to hang out after your sauna and enjoy a cup of complimentary tea, feel free but bring something cosy in case you get cold!

What’s the changing room situation?

We have limited changing facilities and space, so ideally please come in your bathing suits ready to sauna.

We do have boxes for you to leave your things in. Please note we don’t accept any responsibility for your belongings while you’re in the sauna, so please leave all valuable items at home or in your car.

Can I sauna naked?

The authentic sauna experience is, of course, naked. However if you’ve booked for an open slot, you’ll be sharing the sauna with other guests so we’d ask that you wear your swimsuit throughout.

If you’ve booked the sauna privately and you and your guests want to be naked, that’s up to you! But please do bring towels to sit on with you and make sure you check with the host to make sure they are OK with it too.

What time should I arrive for my booking?

We’d recommend arriving 10 minutes before your booking time. We include time to change in your slot so if you arrive late your sauna time will be reduced.

What’s your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel or reschedule your sauna session, this must be done with 48 hours notice (96hrs/4 days for events) to allow for the session to be re-advertised.

If you choose to cancel or reschedule with less than 48hours notice, you will not be refunded.

If you have booked an event with us you will need to cancel/reschedule it 96hrs before.

Is booking compulsory?

Not at all! You’re welcome to just pop by during open hours and we’ll try to fit you in. You might just need to wait a little while. Or give us a call before you head over and we can let you know if there’s space.

How can I pay?

If you’re booking online, you’ll need to pay in advance via the website. But if you’re dropping in, you can pay via cash or card.

Can i bring kids?

You’re welcome to bring kids over the age of 5 along to your private sauna booking.

It's a wonderful experience for the whole family.
