welcome to my sauna, i’m Sarah.
I grew up immersed in the European sauna culture, visiting my local sauna regularly to soak up the benefits and spend time with friends and the wider community.
Since moving to Cornwall 10 years ago, I have been looking for an affordable and friendly local sauna that I could use, but was only able to find expensive hotel spas. You either needed to be a guest or book a spa “experience” or treatment to be able to use them.
I’ve been longing for a sauna for many years, so two years ago I began dreaming of creating my own. Thanks to the support from CLLD, in 202I decided to make it a reality and now we have a sauna! I’m really looking forward to sharing my passion with you.
Our mission
Olla Hiki Sauna is travelling around South West Cornwall from Spring to Winter, providing people with a wonderful experience of sweating whilst watching the ocean, rivers, trees or grazing cows on a field. Our aim is to create a safe, welcoming and accessible space for EveryBODY whilst providing local communities and visitors of the South West an affordable way to incorporate the benefits of sauna culture into their wellness routine.
